East Side Church of God--Car Show

A thriving aspect of bo-mar’s success, throughout the years, is the business’s dedication to its core values.  bo-mar’s enthusiasm for quality service, customer care, employee appreciation, and community involvement has impacted many people over the past 20 years and continues still today.  Here at bo-mar, we strive to give back to the community as often as possible.  Over the summer, bo-mar was very grateful to participate in a car show for an Anderson, Indiana community.  A member of East Side Church of God (ESCOG) approached bo-mar to fabricate an award that could be given to the top cars of the show. 

The church member had seen the designs and craftsmanship of trophies created for other car shows, and contacted us for the First Annual Block Party Car Show.  We were able to prototype a new fabrication process with the design of these trophies.  We sent a sheet of stainless steel to a printing company, where an image was printed on the metal.  When the sheet of metal came back to us from printing, we then cut and formed it into a trophy.  All in all, bo-mar provided 10 trophies for the East Side Church of God Car Show.

   

ESCOG annually hosts a “back-to-school” Block Party for the community.  The church provides food, games, prizes, and bounce houses for children in the community while parents have the opportunity to pick out different “back-to-school” supplies and clothes for their kids.  Each year, nearly 500 children receive a book bag and school supplies!
